Nutshell Asset Management is a London-based investment boutique. We aim to generate long-term superior growth for our clients by investing globally in rare companies that are high quality, ethically sound and reasonably priced.

We identify these companies through a strict multi-factor screening process. Amongst other things, this identifies companies with a persistent comparative advantage (a ‘wide moat’), and takes into account the stability of a company’s earnings and valuation over time, its resilience across economic cycles, and how attractively priced it is.

Intrinsic to our process is analysis of a company’s ESG impact – its environmental, social and governance behaviours – to ensure we only buy companies that, like us, are investing in a better future.

The result is the Nutshell Growth Fund: a high-conviction portfolio of 20-35 companies, which we believe will deliver significant outperformance versus our peers and global equity markets.

Our Fund is UCITS-compliant, has daily liquidity and has no performance fee. All positions are highly liquid with an average market cap typically over $100bn.

KEY POINTS

Global Large Cap Equity Growth

01

A rigorous, repeatable, bottom-up process using proprietary systems allows Nutshell to avoid the behavioural biases and pitfalls of traditional managers.

02

A close attention to Valuation for a given set of quality factors results in agile rebalancing and a portfolio P/E consistently lower than peers.

03

A consideration to ESG has been hardwired into the Nutshell Growth Fund since inception, because it is both the right thing to do, and additive to returns
